It all started with a dream, and that dream is now becoming a flavorful reality!
Paul, the father, has always been an inspiration to his son Christian. Born and raised in San Fernando, Pampanga, Paul inherited his love for cooking from his mother, who had a passion for authentic Filipino dishes. He once owned a humble kainan (cafeteria) in his hometown before moving to the United States. With years of experience, including working as a line cook at the famous Bale Capampangan, Paul mastered the art of authentic Filipino cuisine. His signature dish, the Authentic Lechon Sisig, made from roasted pork head, is a true crowd favorite, along with many other Filipino classics on our menu.
Christian, following in his father’s footsteps, turned their shared passion into a dream come true , founding 2 Guys Grill on Wheels. Inspired by his two sons, Adam and Junior, Christian combined his culinary passion and management background to build a business rooted in family, flavor, and Filipino pride. Before starting the venture, he worked as one of the key leaders at Panda Express, one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in the United States, and studied Restaurant Management in college.
Today, he brings to the grill his own specialty, the all-time favorite Authentic Filipino Pork and Chicken BBQ.
Together, Paul and Christian continue to share the rich flavors of Filipino cuisine, one grill at a time,
bringing the taste of home wherever they go.
